Salmon with herbs from the garden including thyme and chervil as well as local wild leeks (also harvested by me, but not from my own property). The wine is an '06 Pelee Island Baco Noir (thanks Andrew!).
Wow, that looks fabulous! I keep thinking that I am a gardener and that I will grow things, but no, I really just need to accept that there are those that garden (you) and those that don't (me) and what I need to do is get those that do garden to invite me over for dinner!
