The definition of good behaviour

I'm amazed at what's happening right now. I am delighted at the energy that exists within my community right now. I want to make sure that the discussion that's happening right now keeps going. Through a bit of ego-googling I present you with an on-going list of people that have talked about behaviour and referenced my talk. I'm proud of my community for picking up the baton and moving forward with it.
- The fallacy of the completely inclusive community (Matthew Garrett)
- Matthew's Rant on Why I Hate The Linux Community
- The Price of Anonymity: Our Principles? (Alex Russell)
- How to run a revolution, in five easy steps (Abi Sutherland)
There are also a few pieces that are more of a response/summary of what my talk was about:
- Form an orderly queue, ladies Kirrily Robert's summary (Geek Feminism Wiki)
- George Carling's Rolling in his Grave (Justin Dugger)
- LugRadioLive 2008 Reviewed (Matthew Smith)
- LugRadioLive Event Review (MJ Ray)
- LugRadioLive 2008 (Dave is TD Online)
- OSCON 2008 Notes (Audrey Eschright)
- Hush hush - Web design & FOSS (Jake Rayson)
And also some "by the way" references to the talk and the pages it has appeared on:
- Interface design in FOSS (Scientist Carrie)
- Community, Gender and Free/Open Source Software (John Eckman)
- Thought for a topic (bcholmes)
- Open doors in open source (Laura Scott)
- Where are the women in open source? (Caitlin Gannon)
- LRL 2008 UK musings (Myrtti)
And there are other people who don't even mention my talk, but do talk about some of the other things that happened at OSCON this year or Matthew's rant:
- Imagine twice as many developers (Stormy Peters)
- Be a dick, if that's what you are (watch some poor soul get trounced for ... being a dick)

EJ,
I hadn't sat down and watched the video of your talk till now. Really good stuff.
I particularly like the rule about being a real person online, which ties into many layers of web trasnparency and identity. (I, too, am less and less "evilrooster" and more and more Abi Sutherland online.)
And, to my great amusement, Alex Russell actually links to the blog I co-moderate with his "Yog's Laws" link at the bottom of his post. Mind you, Yog Sysop is not a moderator on that blog, and his rules don't reign there, but it was where they got posted.
Small internet. And you're a good part of it.
"All very interesting stuff, but there was an assumption that male behaviour was what pushed women away, or even a perception of it as unfeminine, rather than simple lack of interest in technology, other than as end users, among women and particularly females of school and college age."
ARGHHH!!!!
