More kitchen changes

In addition to painting the cupboards white, I am painting the walls red. This is the before and during. There are only two coats applied right now (two more to go) and I want to switch to a non-glossy finish. I thought I wanted the walls to shine. I was wrong. Very wrong.
After the first round of renovations in 2005 (when there was still a wall in place and you couldn't actually see the kitchen):

I'm not sure which is more amazing: How different (and awesome) your place looks now... or how you get that green "See Dick Run" circle to stay still while I scroll up and down your page.

The fourth word in my phrase was "ciqakuf."
That's why you should listen to your William. He does not recommend things because he's always done it like that, it's because people use eggshell and suede finishes on walls because it works.
